The hotel is located in a convenient area, slightly away from the city centre but close to everywhere. It offers a shuttle bus service that takes you to several popular tourist points at various times of day. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful, providing tips on avoiding taxi scams. The breakfast offers a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. The hotel also has a great pool and bar for relaxation.
The housekeeping staff made an unacceptable mistake by opening a guest's door without informing or asking for permission, which was highly unprofessional.

This venue was a truly luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities including a lavish spa and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a top, rated restaurant with a poolside snack bar. the stunning garden area offers the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas to go around. the exceptional service was top, notch, with friendly staff members who were always on, hand to help.
The only minor downside was that the hotel was located a bit far from the city centre, but the hotel offered a shuttle service to make up for this.
